For the execution of these works, SAMMINIATESE POZZI has adequate equipment, such as BLOW UP PREVENTER, to counter any gaseous leaks, gas detection systems and killing systems.

DESCRIPTION

The experience gained over the years allows us to meet all the requests of our customers.
Water supply is a primary necessity, and we implement it by creating quality wells, guaranteeing a SAMMINIATESE standard.
The identification of the purpose of using the well is the first step in the design and construction process.
The need is therefore to take a variable amount of water, whether for drinking or service use, thus being able to classify the various types of wells.
WELL FOR DOMESTIC WATER: Made for homes without water supply network, or for integration of the existing water service.
WELL FOR WATER FOR IRRIGUOUS USE: Designed to serve on land, or in greenhouses.
WELL FOR INDUSTRIAL USE (service wells for refineries): Designed to guarantee industries operating in the steel, mechanical, textile, etc. sectors, continuous water supply.
THERMAL WELL: Designed to intercept aquifers producing high temperature aquifers, serving existing plants or to be built.
VERTICAL DRAINAGE: Realized for interventions in sites where groundwater levels compromise the structural and geotechnical solidity of the works.
SUB-HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE: Made for withdrawals of water inside surveys, earth dams, etc.
PIEZOMETRI: Made with the purpose of monitoring and verifying the health status and the oscillation of aquifers in sites such as landfills, landslides, etc.

PERFORATION

Dry Execution

A technology to perform multiple and close drilling at low depths is dry execution, in which drilling fluids are not used.

Percussion Execution

Percussion drilling was the first to be used in this sector, and even today it is used for particular processing.
The chisel is advanced alternately, in free fall and in ascent, allowing crushing to the bottom of the hole.
Following the insertion of the chisel, the drilling debris (cuttings) penetrates inside and is brought to the surface thanks to a bottom valve which keeps it in ascent.
The progress of the drilling contemplates the use of coating shirts, which distinguish the executive technology in:

PERCUSSION EXECUTION (the shirts advance with the aid of a hydraulic jack or beaten from the top with the probe)
PERCUSSION PERFORMING WITH A CLAMP (the shirts advance thanks to a hydraulic vice which rotates the latter reducing the friction with the walls of the hole, favoring the infixing)

Rotation Execution (with direct circulation)

The rotary drilling technique with direct circulation of fluids allows to excavate any type of soil or rock.

A viscous fluid is introduced under pressure into a system consisting of an adduction head and chisel nozzles, which, thanks to a rotary movement around its axis, allows the material to be crushed at the bottom of the hole.

THE MUD IS RISING BY LEVELING THE DETRITOUM WITH V = 0,2 – 0,5 m / s
The ascent rate depends on the particle size of the debris produced during the hole.

THE DEBRIS CIRCULATION
• placing mud under pressure inside the rods
• rising of the debris (cuttings) in the air space
• debris input in the vibrating sieve (fluid / debris separation)
• the decanted fluid is returned to the inside of the rods by means of a sludge pump

The advantages related to this type of perforation are the following:
– Reaching great depths
– Excellent speed of progress

Rotation Execution (reverse circulation)

The perforation with the rotation technique with reverse circulation of fluids is used by the SAMMINIATESE POZZI with frequency as it has been matured over time an experience such that it can be adapted to any type of terrain, any depth and diameter.

This technique is used by SAMMNIATESE POZZI with success, in particular the one called inverse circulation with clear water: the peculiarity of this technique is the use of clean ground water as a drilling fluid, guaranteeing samples of chemically unaffected samples and a single control of drilling debris.

In reverse circulation The soil is crushed by a cutting / pressure action and brought back to the surface by an air lift action, ie a flow from the bottom to the top.

THE DEBRIS CIRCULATION
• air intake inside the rods
• the difference in pressure between the interspace / rods is established
• rising of the debris (cuttings) inside the rods
• placing debris in the settling tank
• sand trap for granulometric separation
• the decanted fluid is re-introduced into the gap between the walls of the hole and the drilling rods

MAINTENANCE

Wells Maintenance

The SAMMINIATESE POZZI operates maintenance operations on wells at any depth, having the availability of equipment suitable for the most varied problems related to an ill-efficiency of the well.

The maintenance of the wells is a reference for the SAMMINIATESE POZZI, because thanks to the experience it manages to realize the intervention aimed at the type of problem presented.
The interventions that the SAMMINIATESE is able to realize are the following:

– Pipe repair with quick-lock or swage packer equipment
Use: repair of cracks or breakages that are created in the well pipes.
– Jetting Tool
Use: removal of deposits deposited inside the well tubing
– Air lift
Use: bring to the surface the material deposited at the bottom of the well and free the draining area from any fine soil deposits
– Chemical treatments
Use: to chemically degrade the deposits deposited inside the pipeline by using chemical products that do not alter the qualities of the aquifer.
– Hydropuls
Use: remove calcareous deposits from ground fractures and free the clogging filters by means of a hydraulic impulse
– Pistonage
Utilization: by means of a mechanical action a compression and depression is applied, capable of returning the lost productivity to the well
– Brushing
Use: remove the encrustations through a rotating action of brushes with a multifunctional tool.

Each intervention is thought downstream of a video inspection of the well, which allows to check the status of the well.

Plant Maintenance

The non-efficiency of a well can be linked to system failures. SAMMINIATESE POZZI offers its customers the experience gained to understand and solve the problems encountered.

The SAMMINIATESE POZZI has spent years studying and analyzing all the drilling and maintenance techniques, managing to combine them in a single manufacturing process: REGENERATION TO CORING.

Maintenance Contracts

What the SAMMINIATESE POZZI proposes to its customers is a timed assistance on the wells, with the aim of monitoring productivity and preparing interventions that prevent permanent failures in plants and structural organs.
Samminiatese Pozzi proposes a maintenance program with the aim of preventing any anomalies in the functioning of the system, understood as the whole of the well and the water lifting system.
It is possible to check the correct operation of the system by checking and comparing some production and operating data over time.
The check can be carried out periodically, through visits by a specialized technician who detects the necessary data, and / or by remote monitoring by installing some equipment for surveying and transmitting data via fixed telephone lines or GSM.
It is possible case by case to configure an Ordinary & Extraordinary Preventive Maintenance Program as well as the Monitoring System according to the technical needs of each individual system, which are highlighted by the examination of the State and Start Up tests, as well as the operational needs of every single customer.

OTHER SERVICES

Completion Works

The productivity of a well is closely connected to completion works; these must be designed preliminarily upstream of the perforation, and in a detailed manner to perforation performed.

Completing a well means making it efficient and productive, carrying out interventions of:

• Positioning of coating pipes
(guarantee a structural resistance to the well)
• Positioning of filters
(guarantee maximum productivity)
• Installation of drainages and fills
(ensure finite efficiency)
• Creation of waterproofing and cementing
(isolation of productive flaps from unwanted ones)
• Draining the well
(guarantee water resource free of solid substances)
• Installation of the wellhead

Plants

Once the well has been executed from a structural view, the SAMMINIATESE POZZI carries out the installation of the lifting systems and all the electrical equipment to deliver the working well to the customer.

The installation of the plants is the last step in the construction of a well.

SAMMINIATESE POZZI will finish its work providing the necessary equipment.

SAMMINIATESE POZZI is responsible for the installation of:
• Lifting system
• Switchboards
• Level probes
• Sensors for detecting the chemical and physical characteristics of water

Ongoing Drilling Tests

The ongoing drilling tests guarantee a detailed analysis of the lithology of the land crossed, and the productivity of any strata crossed.

During drilling the following tests can be performed:

• Range test
• Sampling for chemical analysis of groundwater;
• Sampling of ground gravel-sand and granulometric analysis;
• Log in hole.

Flow Testing and Wells Testing

This type of test is performed after the drilling and completion works, to size the lifting system and to verify its functionality in variable conditions.
